Vitamin C powder 1/4 c. heavy cream 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract Peel fruit, cut into 1 inch chunks and freeze solid, at least five hours. Using food processor, pulse-chop fruit until coarsely chopped, 6 to 8 times. Combine for 40 to 60 seconds, scraping down work bowl as necessary, until fruit is a fine powdered ice.
