BING CHERRY REFRIGERATOR SALAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can bing cherries, chopped and drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipped cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice in double boiler. Cook until thick. Remove from heat; add butter and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are nearly melted. Cool until partly thickened. Fold in pineapple, cherries, pecans, and whipped cream. Chill until thick.
