1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. minced red pepper
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. minced onion

Pour hot water over gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Add cold water, salt, Miracle Whip and vinegar - mix with electric mixer until well blended. Chill until partially set. Again beat with mixer until fluffy. Fold in cabbage, pepper and onion and chill until firm. (This will keep in refrigerator for several days).
