MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together first 3 ingredients. In a large bowl beat butter until smooth. Beat in flour mixture and vanilla. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into balls. Press lightly with a sugared fork. Bake at 375 until edges are lightly browned.

Makes about 3 dozen.
