2 boxes (3 oz.) lime Jello or 1 6 oz. pkg.
2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1 env. Dream Whip
8 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

Mix Jello with boiling water and pour 1 3/4 cup into loaf pan or 8x8 inch cake pan. Mix the rest of Jello with prepared Dream Whip and extract. Chill plain Jello until set. Carefully spoon 1/3 creamy mixture into the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cookie crumbs. Repeat these two layers and spoon the remaining creamy mixture on top. Chill until firm.
