TOFU TACOS 
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. paprika
Water for sauteing
1 lb. firm tofu, cut into chunks or seitans wheat meat
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. tomato puree
Dash of Tabasco
6 taco shells

In a large frying pan, saute onion, bell pepper, and paprika in a small amount of water for 3 to 5 minutes. Crumble tofu into small pieces and add to pan; saute for several minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water and tomato puree. Cook until mixture is heated thoroughly. Remove from heat. Stuff taco shells with mixer. Serves 6.
