PEPPER STEAK | |
1 lb. steak 4 green peppers 1 tbsp. oil 1 c. water 1 env. brown gravy mix 2 tbsp. soy sauce Cut 1 pound steak and green peppers into strips. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 cup water, 1 envelope brown gravy mix and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cover; simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice. |
