MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 egg whites
5 mashed bananas
1 c. chocolate chips or 1 c. raisins

Mix oat bran, brown sugar, skim milk, baking powder and vegetable oil and eggs. Add chocolate chips (or raisins) and 5 mashed bananas (ripe). Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes.
