HOT OR COLD SHRIMP DIP 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 med. onion, grated fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste
Enough ketchup to cover

Combine all ingredients. May be served cold or heated in a chafing dish.
