HOT SHRIMP DIP 
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can shrimp, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sherry, optional
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Drain and rinse shrimp in cold water. Warm cheese soup and shrimp in microwave, uncovered for 4 minutes on medium high (70%). Stir to blend. Add sherry and lemon juice. Stir well until creamy and smooth. Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips. 1 cup fresh shrimp can be substituted for canned. Makes 2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
