ITALIAN CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
1 cut-up chicken
5-6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Salt
Paprika
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
5 med. peeled potatoes

Arrange chicken pieces in pan. Place in potatoes - careful not to cover over the chicken. Sprinkle garlic over the top. Shake salt and paprika over top. Pour over lemon juice and oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
