POTATO AND CHEESE WRAPS 
2 to 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and boiled
2 to 3 lg. onions, diced
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
butter, sliced
Salt and pepper

On a sheet of tin foil, slice one serving size worth of precooked potatoes. Add a handful of diced onions. Top with sliced cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Wrap and seal off the ends of tin foil. Continue as above for remaining potato. Place wraps on a cookie sheet and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese and butter are melted. These wraps are also great cooked on a barbecue grill or camp fire.
