POLISH APPLE CAKE 
5-6 McIntosh apples, sliced thin
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat oil, sugar and eggs; then mix in flour, soda, apples and nuts.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Dash cinnamon

Combine ingredients. Spread apple mixture in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Crumble topping on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
