CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
6 level tsp. cocoa

Sift together first 3 ingredients; then set aside. Bring to a boil rest of ingredients. Add boiled mixture to flour mixture and beat. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Butter and flour baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (sometimes longer).

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
2 level tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pet milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cook this until melted. Frost cake.
