SUNDAY SUPPER SOUP 
Meatballs:

1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Soup:

2 envelopes onion soup mix
2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 bay leaves

Meatballs: Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly. Shape into balls. Place on the grill pan under broiler for about 5 minutes; turn and grill until they look done. Set aside.

Soup: Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add meatballs; simmer 20 minutes.
