1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together and form into balls (small walnut size). Press Hershey kisses into each ball and form dough around it. Dip ball into mixture of 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon water. Then roll ball into 1 cup coconut. Bake on greased sheet 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Using colored coconut adds festive look. Makes 4 dozen.
