SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 sm. onion, grated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sauteed mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a large skillet, melt butter; saute garlic and mushrooms 3-5 minutes. Add chicken breasts and brown. Place browned chicken in shallow baking dish.

Combine cheese, onion, sour cream and Worcestershire with garlic and mushrooms remaining in skillet. Blend and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove cover and bake for 15 more minutes.
