VERY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. Jello brand strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. ice cubes
1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 baked (9 in.) pie shell, cooled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice cubes and stir until melted. Prepare pie filling. Mix with 3/4 cups milk as directed on package for pie. Let stand about 2 minutes. Blend in Jello; chill if necessary until thick. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping and strawberries. Pour into crust and freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours. Before serving, garnish with rest of topping and strawberries if desired.
