MY OLD FASHION RAISIN PIE 
2 c. raisins in 2 c. water

Cook 5 minutes. Add: 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt

Add butter and vinegar. Put in double crust and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
