CRAN-APPLE ORANGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. skim milk
3/4 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. chopped apples
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. ground orange peel
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries

DRIZZLE:

1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 tsp. orange juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bundt pan. Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Add milk, eggs substitute, apple, butter and orange peel. Fold in cranberries. Pour in pan.

Bake 55 to 60 minuets. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle with powdered sugar and orange juice.

Low fat and low cholesterol. Substitute 3/4 cup egg beaters for 3 eggs, skim milk and no cholesterol butter.
