REUBEN SANDWICH 
2 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
16 slices rye bread
1/2 c. Russian dressing
1 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
Melted butter

Toss kraut with caraway seeds and garlic powder. Set aside. Spread bread with dressing. Top 8 slices of bread with corned beef, kraut, cheese and remaining bread slices. Brush melted butter on both sides of sandwiches. Grill in skillet until cheese is melted.
