QUICK CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans
1 lg. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, minced
4 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 c. tomato juice & 1 c. water (or 1 can tomatoes)

In Dutch oven kettle, saute celery and onions while browning hamburger. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
