CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 whole chicken
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
4 c. flour

Boil chicken 1 hour. Keep broth chicken cooked in. Mix eggs, flour, salt, baking powder in large bowl. Keep mixing dough until it's not sticky. If still real sticky, add more flour.

Use teaspoon and drop dumpling mix from spoon into chicken broth that is boiling on stove. Cool for about 5 to 7 minutes. This makes about 4 servings. If you need more, increase flour and eggs to what you need. Add deboned chicken to the dumplings just before you serve it, just long enough to get the chicken warm.
