BARBECUED PORK 
4 fresh pork sausages, parboil 4 minutes
4 sm. pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, smashed & chopped
Few drops sesame oil
Freshly ground pepper

First place all ingredients in large bowl and marinate 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat barbecue sauce at high and oil grill. When ready to barbecue, place meat on grill. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 15 minutes or according to size of meat. Turn often to avoid burning, spread leftover marinade over meat.
