CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 med. cauliflower, broken in pieces
6 carrots, cut in strips
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers

Cook vegetable sin salted water until partially done, drain, put in casserole dish. Mix soup with milk and pour over vegetables. Sprinkle crackers on top and pour melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
