CHARCOAL BROILED STEAK 
2 lbs. steak
1 sm. onion, minced or 1/2 tsp. powdered
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry wine
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients (2 to 7). Marinate meat at least 1 hour. Brush meat with oil before broiling. May be used as marinade for cubed chicken or beef for shish kabob.
