72 slices cocktail rye bread (about 2 loaves) 2 lbs. corned beef, thinly sliced and cut into 2-inch squares 1 lb. sauerkraut at room temperature, well drained but not rinsed 2 lbs. Muenster cheese, cut into 2-inch squares 1 bottle Russian dressing Spread bread with Russian dressing. Add corned beef, 1 rounded teaspoon sauerkraut; spread evenly over corned beef and top with Muenster cheese. Put under broiler until cheese melts (about 5 minutes). |
