ORANGE SHERBET 
2 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. raw cashews
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. soy milk powder
1 1/4 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Whiz all ingredients in order given. Freeze until semi solid, beat with an electric hand mixer. Freeze again until almost solid. Serve immediately. Yield: approximately 1 quart.
