MEXICAN DIP 
1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tomatoes, diced
4 green onions (white and green parts), chopped fine
Grated Cheddar cheese
Black olives for garnish (if desired)
Taco or corn chips

Spread beans in bottom of 13x9 inch glass dish. Combine taco seasoning mix with sour cream. Cover beans with sour cream mixture. Layer tomatoes and green onions, then cover with layer of grated cheese. Garnish with black olives, if desired, and place with design on top of cheese.

Note: It is important that layers be thin. Serves 8 to 10.
