1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges in juice

Mix everything but the oranges together. Use three 8-inch cake pans. Place oranges in batter after mixing. Fill pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do NOT over bake.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple in juice
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3/4 of lg. container Cool Whip

Mix all together and put on cool cake.
