LOW - CAL SWEET AND SOUR TUNA 
1 c. pineapple with juice
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Sweetener to equal 1/2 c. (6 pkg.)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
A few drops Tabasco sauce

Mix all together and bring slowly to a boil. Mix 4 teaspoons cornstarch with water and add to vegetable mixture. Boil 1 minute. Add 8 ounces drained tuna and heat to serving temperature. Divide evenly and serve over 1/2 cup cooked noodles or rice. Makes 2 servings. Shrimp, chicken, pork or franks may be used instead of tuna.
