2 heaping tsp. gelatin
2 c. cream
2 c. pineapple, shredded
1 c. nut meats

Dissolve gelatin and set aside to cool. Whip cream and fold into gelatin; just as it is beginning to harden, add pineapple and nut meats. Serve with whipped cream.
