CHINESE RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 lb. ground beef

Saute celery and onion. Brown ground beef.

1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water

Combine above ingredients. Place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles or chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

For best results cook rice first and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
