Mile High Biscuits

I've been searching for the perfect fluffy biscuit recipe for years, trying new ones whenever I get the chance. The search is over! This recipe turned out tender, fluffy and high! I only rolled out 1/2 inch thickness though and they baked in 11 minutes. Used leftover biscuits the next morning for sausage biscuits. These are quick and easy to throw together and so much better than store bought biscuits.
