1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the above ingredients and bake.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, very lightly drained
9 oz. Cool Whip
3 oz. vanilla instant pudding

Mix pineapple and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake.
