PEA PICKIN' CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. cake mix, yellow
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, juice & all

ICING:

12 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

CAKE: Mix together in mixer about 2 to 3 minutes. Bake in 3 (8" or 9") pans, greased and floured at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

ICING: Mix together and ice cool cake. Refrigerate.
