MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded kraut
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes (chopped)

Mix beef, onions, salt, pepper and 4 ounce tomato sauce. Shape into meat balls, 1 inch round.

Mix kraut, tomato sauce and tomatoes together. Spoon over meatballs placed 1/2 inch apart in baking dish (microwavable) on high for 8 minutes. Turn after 4 minutes if no turntable. (Keep covered.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
