CHICKEN-BROCCOLI HOT DISH 
1 cut up roasted chicken (or 3 breasts)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) box Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (herb seasoned)

Mix stuffing mix with 1 1/2 sticks butter.

Layer ingredients. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake in cake pan, 350 degrees, 1 1/2 hours. Can be made without broccoli if desired.
