PIZZA PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. ketchup
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onions
3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can biscuits (about 10)

Roll biscuits out flat in bottom of a baking dish to create a bottom crust; set aside. Brown beef; add onions, salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain. Add tomato paste and ketchup; let simmer 10 minutes. Pour the meat sauce mixture into the pan of biscuit crust. Add grated Cheddar cheese on top of meat sauce. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until bottom crust is done and cheese melted. This is a delicious treat and the whole family loves it.
