MEXICAN MEAT TOPPING 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) jar of Chi Chi's salsa (mild)

Brown ground beef and 1 medium onion diced. Add refried beans and salsa. Stir and let simmer very slowly 20 to 25 minutes. Wonderful served over rice or baked potato. A slice of American cheese melted over it on the potato is very good.
