2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. butter
Vanilla

ICING (CHOCOLATE GRAVY) :

2 c. sugar
1-2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Pet milk
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
Vanilla

Mix together cake ingredients; pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and poke holes with fork. Mix together Chocolate Gravy and pour over cake.
