6 MILKY WAY® bars, not sm. ones
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt bars and 1/2 cup butter in pan over low heat. Beat remaining butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Mix flour and soda. Alternate with buttermilk. Add melted candy bars and stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9"x13" pan or 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 MILKY WAY® bars, melted
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend frosting ingredients together.
