MEXICAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and diced
1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti macaroni

In 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion, stirring occasionally until meat is browned and pepper and onion are tender. Stir in next four ingredients; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare ziti as label directs. Serve sauce over ziti.
