MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
4 qts. popped popcorn
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Lg. brown paper bag

Place 4 quarts popped corn in brown paper bag. In microwave cook brown sugar, syrup and butter until it boils. Cook for 3 minutes on high, stirring after each minute. Remove from microwave and add baking soda. Stir well (mixture will become foamy). Pour mixture over popped corn in paper bag. Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Take out of microwave and shake bag again. Pour popcorn on a baking sheet to cool. Break apart. Store in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
