CARAMEL CORN (MICROWAVE) 
3 qt. popped corn
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Place popped corn in brown paper bag. Separately put remaining ingredients in dish in microwave EXCEPT soda... bring to boil for 2 minutes. Then stir in soda. Pour over popped corn in bag and shake it. Place bag in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes... take out bag and shake it...then zap it again for another 1 1/2 minutes... pour out on cookie sheet and cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

Awesome, easy, family-pleasing recipe. I guestimated on measuring the popcorn - used three popped bags. Turned out amazing - and we ate it still warm.
