MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn

Put in large kettle.

In separate kettle melt:

Stir in: 1/2 c. white syrup

Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Add: 1/2 tsp. salt

Stir. Pour sauce over popcorn and cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Cool. Dry on wax paper and store in covered container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
