CARROT CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked and drained carrots
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. dry herb seasoned bread crumbs, croutons
1/2 c. melted butter

Melt cheese and butter. Mix with all other ingredients, saving enough croutons for topping. Put into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
