MACARONI AND SAUSAGE SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. oregano

(Can substitute Spam for kielbasa).

Cook macaroni to package directions. Drain. In medium skillet, fry the kielbasa slowly until brown. Drain. Combine first 6 ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients and toss with macaroni mixture. Chill and serve.
