1 sm. cooked potato
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 sm. pkg. coconut
3 lg. tbsp. peanut butter

Cook potato and mash; add confectioners' sugar, coconut and peanut butter. Press into buttered 6"x10" baking pan. Cover with melted chocolate and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
