BURRITOS (Beef) | |
5 lb. chuck beef, cut in 1 inch pieces 2 tbsp. salt 1 3/4 tbsp. cumin 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder 3 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes 1/2 med. onion, chopped 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 1/2 fresh tomatoes, chopped 1 c. chopped celery Brown meat with salt, cumin, garlic and onion. Then add rest of ingredients. Cook until tender, about 1 hour. Can be served over rice or wrapped in a flour tortilla with hot sauce on the side. Serves 10 to 12. |
